Scott went to get his own vehicle and drove it near the van. Scott was parked down a couple of spots south of the van. Approximately another 5-6 spots south of where Scott was parked, Scott noticed a bronze/brown extended cab Ford truck parked. The truck was a late 1990's or early 2000 model. My wife and Billy and the woman were still on the dance floor and Lealha was standing by her with a pitcher of water. I talked to Gregory, Freddie, and Bill Bettigru about what started the fight. Then I saw my wife and Billy helping that woman walk out the back door and Neil was with them. I walked back out the front door and there was a State Patrol Men talking to Don Gregory. I stayed on the front porch until the officer left. I was going to my Jeep. I noticed a late model Ford full-sized extended cab. It was a bronze or light-brown backed up"

Sheila took Vickie to the bathroom. Vickie had trouble getting her pants fastened back up after using the bathroom and Sheila had to help her. Sheila helped Vickie back out of the bathroom and to a chair. Don Gregory brought Vickie a Diet Coke and told them that she had to leave. Sheila and Neil helped Vickie outside again. Amy was walking be outside of Gregory's and helped Sheila and Neil with Vickie. Amy then left. There were only a few vehicles left in the parking lot. Sheila did not see anyone else outside. Sheila buckled Vickie in the passenger seat of the Vickie's van. Sheila went back to the front door of Gregory's Road House and got two Diet Cokes, one for Vickie and one for herself. Vickie was saying that she needed to go to the bathroom again. Sheila told Vickie it was a short drive to Vickie's house and that she could wait. Sheila got into her jeep with her husband and he pointed out that there was someone sitting in a truck in the parking lot. Vickie [editor's note-this is what the report says] and her husband left Gregory's parking lot at approximately 0200 hours. Sheila was given a statement form to fill out and she will return it later.  'Dent County Sheriff' Office Statement of Sheila Mae Westerman' dated 11-26-03. "My husband and I got to Gregory's Roadhouse between 10-10:30, Nov. 28th.[editor's note-that is the date given in the report.] I first noticed Vicky Brown playing pool with Janice and Mrs. Todd. I assume she was with them I didn't know Vicky Brown. Around closing time a commotion broke out over by them machines just off the dance floor. There was a pile of people fighting. I walked around the dance floor and noticed a woman screaming and she was under a pile of men fighting. I pulled her out of the pile. I dragged her out across the dance floor Billy Bettigrew helped pull her to a chair on the dance floor. Billy and I was trying to calm the lady down to find out who she is. Leahal came over and Billy ask her to get the lady a glass of water.  She told us she knew Janice and Ms. Todd but they where gone. I asked if she know anyone eles and she said Neil Maxwell and I looked at Billy and she said she knows Neil and went and got Neil. And he said he knew her. She told us she lived out by Jadwin Canoe Rental and Neil said he will take her home. She was still crying hard we where still trying to calm her Lealah brought a pitcher of water Billy helped her get a drink. Billy told me she seen her hit the floor hard with her head. Neil said he would take her home and I told Neil that Jadwin Canoe Rental wasn't 10-15 minutes away from my house that I could take her home. Neil said he will take her home. She was still crying but a little calmer. Billy, Neil and I took her to the back door exit and went out  Billy said cop is here go back in. We took her back in and she had to go to the bathroom. I took her to the bathroom. When she was done I took her to the first table sat her down asked Leahal for a Diet Coke was asking Vicky what she wanted and she said diet Coke. Don gave her a diet Coke and said we would have to go. Neil and I took her out the back door Amy grab her right arm to help told me they had her. I let go and they need me to get her. We got her to the van Amy left with friends. I buckled her up and tried to calm her down. She said she needed a drink I went to the front door knocked and ask for our sodas. She was unbuckled and crying hard again saying its all her fault I calmed her down again ask Neil if he wanted me to take her home and him he said I got it Sheila Mae and smiled. I told him I only live 10-15 minutes away and I would take her. He told me again that I got it. I buckled her up again and ask you sure. I got it Neil said. Vicky said she had to pee. I told her she couldn't go back in Don has locked the door and she could hold it. She wasn't that far from home. I ask again if your sure to Neil he said I got it Sheila Mae smiled I shut her door got in my jeep My husband told me there was some one in the truck up in the back parking lot. I told him the truck was empty. He told me to watch, then I saw some one move. I assume some one was getting friendly back there because set was low. My husband drove to the end of the driveway I told him to let me drive. We left around 2:00 give or take a few minutes. Lealah called my house at 4:50 and asked what I did with Vicky where did I take her. I told her Neil took her home. Lealah then told me Neil was found dead by her van and Vicky was gone and no one knew where she was."
